Saw this last weekend, going again tonight. I thought it was awesome.
Spoiler:
I like how they explained why Han is always eating chips but I wonder how the hell they're bringing Letty back. And what Dom's going to say about his new lady.

Jesus man, I know you like Transformers, but you need to get out more. No one should get this upset over a movie based on children's toys.
Anyone else notice how Dwayne Johnson was always SOAKED in sweat and nobody else was? Like he did 100 push ups prior to every take.

Lol the physics of that whole scene were mind-boggling. DEFINITELY took some creative liberties.
Waaaaay too much charger action. I hate corporate sponsorship, kills movies. Transformers was super lame because of GM (and Michael Bay).
The original GTR barely saw any use, that Subaru had one drift. LAME!! This is Fast, Ricey, and Furious not "plug shitty American cars and Furious".

I know it's a movie and all, and anything's possible in Hollywood, but Chargers? To pull a 10 ton vault??? Anchored in a wall??? Really???
Ok so I love f&f, all of them.. but i must admit that the two chargers and the vault was a bit too much, I never have anything bad to say about this movies, but when I watched just one charger pulled the vault, I thought it was too much, So yes I agree with you on this.
Great movie regardless. Imagine the cynicism if they used like GTRs or Porsches. It's a stretch yes, but I checked my brain at home so I didn't read too deep into it.
I also didn't really think the Dodge commercial was really that big of a deal. Dom's only really ever driven a Charger (minus the RX7 in the FnF), and there were plenty of other cards that got screen time as well.
Porsche GT3
Nissan 370z
Subaru
NSX
Trans-Am
GTR
Dodge Chargers
Corvette
The list goes on...
Besides, I thought the Chargers looked pretty sick.

My question is how did they get all of those damn cars.
Were they not strapped for cash? LOL...
Getting 3 Matte Black Chargers in the span of a couple days??
I don't really care though, going over logistics in a FNF movie is like doing neutral drops in an automatic
All those vehicles were either stolen or won through street racing. I'm not even gonna rag on you for not following the story, becuase shutting your mind off for these kind of flicks actually makes them better.Originally posted by Jeremiah

I saw the movie and thought it was awesome. But how is Letty coming back? I maybe missed something?
If you think too much they movie gets frustrating sometimes. Just relax and enjoy the fights, explosions, and nice behinds..... I love Jordana Brewster

I watched the previous four over the weekend, then Fast Five yesterday. If you're able to suspend your disbelief it's quite an entertaining movie. It also ties together the previous four quite well, imo. The first was very Point Break, the latest is more Ocean's Eleven/Italian Job. Not overly original and more than a little cliche in spots, but still a fun franchise.
I agree, although Dom also had a Chevelle at the end of the original movie and for most of the fourth installment, and a Plymouth Roadrunner at the end of Tokyo Drift. So he does appear to be a Mopar guy for the most part.Originally posted by sexualbanana

I enjoyed the movie in the terms of being a popcorn flick, mindless action style. Me and my buddy joked that inside the safe was just going to be a giant sub playing the scene music.
haha.. I get that they were stolen, but 3 of the exact same car is a bit far fetchedOriginally posted by bituerbo

It was a fun movie. Logic has to be suspended anyway. Like why would the local guy they won the RS2 off of would pull guns on the Rock anyway? Wasn't he pissed about losing it?
Enough comic relief and action that this movie worked and probably the most memorable one since the 1st one.
did you miss when they broke into the police lot?Originally posted by Jeremiah

I watched the Cam, so I may have missed a couple things haha
Just saw it today, good movie so long as you turn off your brain.
No way you can paint two cars matte black and modify them heavily enough to haul a 10 ton safe overnight![]()
Did enjoy the vault chase and the ending twist though
Does anyone know the song during the car show?

See Crank. See Crank Walk. Walk Crank Walk.
The 2 chargers pulling the safe were previous generation chargers, not two of the cop ones.
What kind of birdhouse can you build with popsicles, roofies, and a rubber mallet?
