Thumbs up Six Months Unlimited Local Calling Promotion from Bell, Rogers, Telus

I came across this late last night. Contacted Bell, and now I have 6 months unlimited local calling.

Just thought others might find it useful.

    http://www.androidincanada.ca/rogers...ing-promotion/

Effective this week, Bell, Rogers, and Telus have launched a promotion that gives customers six months of unlimited local calling. These carriers usually provide one month or no months (like Rogers) of unlimited calling and now they’re giving out six!

The six months unlimited local calling bonus is available on the following 3-year term in-market plans from Rogers:
    Value Plans for phones
    Value Plans for Smartphones
    Couples & Family Share Plans
    All business plans
    EPP plans

The six months unlimited local calling bonus is available on the following 3-year term in-market plans from Bell:
    Voice Plans for phones
    Combo Plans for Smartphones
    Share Plans
    EPP plans

The six months unlimited local calling bonus is available on the following 3-year term in-market plans from Telus:
    Clear Choice plans for phones
    Clear Choice plans for Smartphones
    Clear Choice Share Plans
All new activations will automatically have the six months unlimited local calling bonus automatically added upon activation.

Existing Rogers, Bell & Telus Customers
The promotion has also been extended to existing customers on a reactive basis.

What this means is that existing customers must move to an in-market plan (dumping your current plan if it was not released in the last month or so) and renew their plan term for 3 years (does not affect hardware upgrade date). After the plan changes, the six unlimited local calling bonus will be applied manually for existing customers.

This promotion is expiring on March 31, 2010.

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

So they are doing things that will make them more money, while existing customers still get shit.

    Fuck I hate Canadian carriers.

If you're on WIND and you're roaming, you're using Rogers towers.
