Aparement building on 17th between 4th and 5th

Hey, a friend of mine is looking at rental in there. Looks like a fucking dump from the outside, always see sketchy folk on the patios. What's the deal with this place? Is it a decent building?

I'm talking about the brown apartment building accross the street from Bungalow, between Sal's and Bob the fish.

^ last time some people were throwing beer bottles down at people on the street.... from the 3rd/4th floor. Great location though but I don't think it's super nice inside.

It's a dump inside too... I had a buddy who lived there briefly a few years back.

My best advice is to stay away, They have serious issues.
Elevators breaking down and taking forever to be fixed, heating system breaking down all the time and it has more than its fair share of shady people.
