How's the commute from Quarry Park into downtown on the 302? Time wise, traffic wise, etc?

My office is moving downtown in less than 2 weeks and this will be the first time I'll have to take the bus downtown since I went to high school at Western some 10+ years ago.

I live in Quarry Park, doesn't make sense for me to drive 15 mins in morning rush hour to try and find parking for another 10 at Chinook just to save myself 20 mins, especially not when the bus stops are 2-3 blocks away.
