I wouldn't cry over it OP.
Try an odor rock
Try wet coffee grounds for a few days under the seats.
Otherwise, get a professional interior detail and specifically tell them to get the smell out.

Wurth Quick Fresh
An older coworker of mine had that milk smell, bought a can of this as I have used it many times for "smokey" smelling cars, he said the car never smelled so good inside.
If you are not currently setup with wurth, well you can try haha, but I do know for sure that calgary sterling western star on 90ave/52street se, sells it.

Ya, I built some crazy ass shit with Lego as a kid. I had a thing for AMC Eagle AWD's as a kid for some bizarre reason, so I spent a lot of time going to the library and reading up on how AWD works in that car. I even hitchhiked to the library once cuz my parents were too lazy to drive me haha. Ya, I'm a nerd.
I need to find some wurth bearing retaining compound too.
Carpet cleaner extractor. You can rent, borrow one or buy one for yourself. That the only thing that will work, no amount of scrubbing, chemicals, or cleaning solutions etc can get the smell out. I was driving a drunk friend and she puked all over my car and it soaked into the carpet. That was the ONLY thing that got ALL the smell out, milk should be easy but get it done asap.
chlorine dioxide? Maybe http://www.biocidesystems.com/howitworks.html

I had something similar happen, and Febreeze Anti Bacterial upholstery spray worked.
Sprayed it on once a day for three days and the smell was gone.
I have a buddy that everytime someone tells one of those "someone barfed in my car" stories" he says you should have used Ginger Ale to get rid of the smell.
I have no idea but it sounds like you're willing to try anything.
Ugh, this brings back lovely memories of fixing this once...
4-5 thorough shampoos (2 week intervals) with an enzyme cleaner (think I used the rugdoctor one); ran a little PA ionizer/ozone generator thing (that actually really worked well in the summer) knocked the worst of the odor down for that initial door opening...
But it never totally went away... Let it sit for a summer long weekend closed up tight - and 3 days later - you're retching
The smell won't go way because it's the bacteria living in the apolstry that continues to bring the smell back, more specifically, it's the poop they create.
Like others have mentioned, you'll need an organic Oder destroyer, Like vinegar and water
Try some CleanGo GreenGo
