Just a quick q. I don't need to burn fat or lose weight or anything but my cardio is fuckin terrible.. I haven't done any real serious cardio since high school so its been six years now. I just picked up a jump rope and I can only go for 1-2 minutes at a good pace without sucking serious wind
The whole point of doin it is just to make it so I can run further without feeling like my lungs have collapsed, so that I can get into soccer again. is just going full speed until I can't go any further good enough?? and then just keep track of how long I go each day to see if I'm improving? or if I'm trying to improve my cardio, do I have to go for a long period of time (10-15 minutes) to see any benefits?
