Personal Assistant off of Kijiji?

A buddy of mine in Toronto was telling me that he posted an ad on Kijiji looking for a personal assistant to clean his place, drop off his dry cleaning, take his car in to get serviced, prep lunches, etc. He ends up getting some girl from UofT who was happy to have 4-6hr/week job that paid $20/hr.

I think I'm going to post an ad up, surely someone at the UofC can use an extra $100/wk and can give up a sat/sun afternoon per week.

What is reasonable pay? $15-20/hr? I'd probably just have them come once a week for ~4hrs as it wouldn't be worth their time to drop by more frequent for shorter stints... and I live a block from the Vic Park train station so getting to my place from the UofC is just a short 15 minute train ride.

Haha my buddy had told me that he 'would have someone pick me up' from the airport when I flew in a couple weeks back and when I arrived there was this girl holding up a sign with my name on it. She drove me to my hotel, waited outside as I quickly checked in and then drove me to the pub that my buddy was at.

I've been thinking about hiring a rando off kijiji to come spend 4hrs a week ($15/hr or $60/wk) at my place just to clean/tidy up.

A girl I know posted a kijiji ad here in Calgary for this. 8-10 hours a week, light cleaning, running errands, groceries etc etc. She had a ton of replies and ended up hiring a girl that goes to Uni here and pays her $20 an hr. Apparently it is working out really well so far.
