    Default Computer/Networking/Security Forum Boards

Looking for forums much like the layout of Beyond, but with the above listed topics. I'm sure there's a popular forum board where all the computer haxors and geeks hang; what is the address?

Seems like a good forum. I've been reading a few recent threads there -- quite the knowledgeable community.

    Thanks for the great link.

SecurityFocus.com and Slashdot.org are two obvious choices..

SecurityFocus (obviously) focuses on security related topics, especially in software vulnerabilities, but has a ton of info and a really knowledgable community.

Slashdot is great for general nerd stuff, and somehow becomes addicting.

Neither one is exactly the same format as Beyond, but the community features in both are somewhat similar.

    Just load up IRC Peter...
Lots of good channels on the Undernet, most are invite only however. But as far as open channels:
    #hackphreak
    #unixhelp
    #networkhelp
    #netsecure

You're trying to saying that IRC has some useful information?

Depends on what channel you are on and who is on there.
But like I said, if you want to learn something, your gonna need to get into an invite only hack/security room.
