Default XBOX360 hookup onto a All-in-one desktop computer

    Is this possible?

I would like to link my XBOX360 with my HP All-in-one desktop computer.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

Your computer would need to have a capture card or some sort to do this.

What are the chances that my All-in-one will have that?

Some of those TouchSmarts have an HDMI/component input on the top left side corner under a flap. Yours is an el cheapo model and doesn't

The problem with doing something like this is that although there are many ways to do it the only way that will truly work is if the manufacturer has designed support into the hardware. Otherwise the respsOnse times of running an HD video signal through the OS, hardware, and any software you are using will make it impossible to play games since the response times will be horrendous. The only this that would really work would be video since you aren't interacting with it so response time won't matter.

    Good Luck!

yeah this is the only thing i can think of that will let you do as such, not that expensive for lower end ones but idk how you'll fit it into a Touchsmart, cap cards are usually PCI

No capture card won't work as killramos said, there is too much lag.

This is why you don't buy an all-in-one...
You have a couple of photos that are great... you must be very good at photoshop!
