This is definitely not what you are looking for - but - I checked out this Titanic Exhibit and they were selling coal that was salvaged from the Titanic. It would make a good gift for someone who has interest in the Titanic and would also be a "lump of coal".

LOL I don't have THAT much. The company I work for runs and operates a coal plant. As a gag gift at the company Christmas party one year, they gave us a stocking.. Filled with lumps of coal.

Seeing as coal has quite high carcinogenic properties, not sure you'd want to run that in your house ahahaha.
