As far as I recall, they basically do the same as Shell. 10% on 87 and 0% on Premium.
This satisfies the federal 5% mandate.
I have no idea what happens in Ontario where they now have a 10% mandate. Do they have to put more ethanol into 89 to meet that requirement or not to keep premium ethanol free. But that's more of a Shell's problem as I don't think Co-Op gas goes into Ontario at all. May be

10% on 87..... not 89. 89 is a mix of 87 and 91 50/50 at pump.
