I had a similar one years ago. A car packed with guys racing on the inside and literally forcing into me. My front and rear dash cam caught it all.

I called non-emergency one time and they said I may have to take the footage to court to testify
So instead I got it posted on a popular social media acct in Calgary and ridiculed the guy when someone ID'ed them.

Brampton is Toronto's EI district. Car had Ontario plates, hence the jokes.

The video was shot in Saddle Ridge, the chances of them being UKR/RUS are vanishingly small.
