I've got a package waiting at sweetgrass too. Snowboard jacket so it shouldnt be a big box. I'll also match the $20 above.
I'll be going to Sweetgrass March 15 2013
If anyone has any SMALL packages I might be able to bring something back with me.
If anyone needs something picked up on that date, let me know what it is and how heavy it is and I'll let you know if I can bring it back for you.

Here's another twenty bucks to a Good Samaritan who can pick up a grill for me (3' x 12" box) that weighs 3lbs.
First things first though; can anyone help with a shipping address in Sweetgrass?
Thanks,
A
The shipping addresses are on the following two websites:
Montana shipping outlet
At the border storage

Anyone going in middle of April?
Need a hitch-mounted 4-bike rack, hitch receiver, hitch ball mount, and hitch ball picked up.
Baygirl and I like road trips. Let me talk it over with her. If there are enough people wanting to pay my gas and incidentals, I can take my truck and trailer down and do a big run for everyone...

Wish I seen this sooner, just got back from sweetgrass. picked up a few sets of nitto's
It is frustratingly reliable, truly the cockroach of automobiles.
How does it work when coming across the border with other people's stuff?
You obviously declare it but do you pay duty on the overage?
Also, anyone drive down to ship out of the Montana shipping outlet?
What did customs say when you said you were shipping stuff out across the border?
I sent brakes off once when driving to PHX and they were cool with that.
Just I have probably $2K-$3K worth of car parts that are too expensive to sell here with shipping.
ttttttttt ?
I had no issues, with customs or duty. as long as you declare all said purchased items. there shouldn't be any issues. But I also had them shipped to a u.s p.o box. customs officer asked me why, I purchased so many tires. Just told him the truth Kal-Tire have exclusive selling rights of Nitto Tires, and there mark up is too much. I get a better deal buying bulk direct from Nitto u.s.Originally posted by mr2mike

They took the beef? Did you buy it in the USA? I bought some at the duty free one time and they bitched at me for it ....Originally posted by THE GOVERNATOR

Sometimes you have to take a chance, whether that be on someone, or something!
i have 2 packages with at the border storage, i would chip in say $20 for fuel for the trouble, plus all the fees and duties of course
but the trust thing i'm thinking about, how do i know i will get my packages, and how do you know i don't have them packed full of coke lol

2016 VW Passat BiTDI
Why would someone fill your packages with coke and then try and cross the border with them?Originally posted by bart

Guess I read that a little to quick.
If someone has a u.s p.o box # USPS provides tracking numbers for any package/parcels. so you can check via you're computer or what ever need be (kinda like on eBay I guess?..) an as long as you have said items picked within 3 months, They will not get sent back to the original sender.Originally posted by bart

As for beef jerky.. said it was against meat safety standards? oh well i got to keep my vanilla coke so it was all GOOD!

Just a heads up on another option. If you travel to the states, you can usually get packages shipped to your hotel. I just had some stuff from saddleback leather shipped to Las Vegas, and the process was pretty simple. No duty or GST that way as you can use your personal exemption, which you don't get for driving to sweetgrass. Cost me about $15 instead of $60 shipping, $13 GST, $35 shipping, $80 gas and a full day of my time.
Plus then you get to go to vegas. . . . .
