For you guys with imports, who do you complain to if you had a bad experience with a local dealership. Is there usually a head office in the country that represents the dealerships or would I have to send a letter to Sweden?
Thx

"Its because they're stupid, that's why. That's why everyone does everything."
I know Mitsu and Toyota have Regional, and Head Offices in the country...and I am assuming Honda does as well...as for your Volvo...man you would have to ask a dealership...
...@therealarifjina...
at volvo.ca they'll have the CDN head office contact info, call them and make sure you're complaining to the right person to make sure you get heard and more importantly they care take of your problem fast and will usually give you some goodies at the end, if it's serious. GF got a $G in car accesories from VW when she experienced a problem during a drive to BC and poor service in Kelowna.
