A790 if you follow the hard break in method make sure to change the oil after 1500-2000kms. If there are any particulates in the oil this will remove them.
I like your idea of starting with a "base" car and adding to it yourself - my buddy has an 07 who bought his "base." Now it has a whipple 2.3L blower, saleen front clip, 20 inch nice wheels, Brembo's from a GT500, full corsa exhaust and its just the way he wants it. He has a lightweight driveshaft for the 2011+ cars that he bought by accident - let me know if you want it as I"m sure he will let it go cheap.
Time to start a build thread??

Very nice car, congrats! Hope you enjoy it.
I am down for the Mustang meet too...I still have the 09 Stang Convertible which was bought brand new back in 09. Barely gets driven as it only has like 21K km's still. Maybe this summer I will try and get it out more but the v6 is just so damn boring on these.
I like mine and drive it year-roundOriginally posted by tawheed
Damn, nice car.. So tempting..
Anyone know what the 3.7L V6s are like to live with?? Looks likes tons of favourable reviews on those things too..
