Post the exact vehicle you have. Keep in mind, specs may be different with an aluminum intake and or heads.

The cylinder head torque is in two steps. 1st step is 55-65 ftlbs. 2nd step is 65-72 ftlbs. Exhaust manifold bolts is 18-24 ftlbs. Water pump bolts 12-18 ftlbs. I don't know if OEM intake was aluminum. Either way my computer is listing 23-25 ftlbs. See if this is an aftermarket intake. You may want to ease it up to the torque. No listing on timing cover-probably similar to water pump specs seeing some of the bolts pass through. No listing on oil pan specs-probably light torgue 12-16ft lbs? I'll try to check another source. These specs were from Mitchell on Demand. Talk to you.
