Just a few things, it looks like the caster on the front of the trailer is quite low, curbs may be an issue. Second, it does look like you are squatting a smidge in the back. As @ExtraSlow said, you want to weigh it. If the difference between the front axle and rear are pretty high when you are loaded up (ie kids, dog, ect) you will want to look at a WD hitch. Third, you should be ok in the brake department so i wouldn't sweat it if you DONT have them. But if you do, get a controller and use them. It will only help. Lastly, mind the tongue weight of the trailer and be sure you balance the gear inside of your trailer. You want to put as much weight in the front without exceeding the max tongue weight of the van.
