Good post roopi. Thanks.
The actual claim link: https://www.autolightclaims.ca/site/claim/intro
Takes 50 seconds with auto-fill.
I bought at least three sets of bulbs BUT: "Each Class Member is entitled to submit only one (1) Claim Form."

These are the weirdest things. No proof of purchase - just claim you bought their product.
Luckily, I submitted my information with a clear conscience as I did indeed but one of those overpriced sets several years ago.
Thanks for the link. I've gone through at least 6 sets of these in my lifetime
Definitely bought some for my old civics back in the day
Wow, definitely bought a few sets for my MX-3 wayyyy back in the days. Good Post. I'd take it. Silverstar was the ultra budget ricer bulbs back in the days. Highly recommended by GST_Jeff

Clear conscious for me too. Thanks.
Bought 3 sets for my 2012 F150. Wish I could claim each of them.

Those lights burned out so fast, I remember calling Sylvania and they wouldn't do anything, definitely signing up for this. Thanks for the tip.
Had the Cool Blue H6054's in my 240sx.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.
Had these in my old rx, is, is, etc..
Thx for this roopi.

Looks like when I posted that it was based on the maximum a claimant could receive but as more people file a claim it gets pro rated down. Maybe I shouldn't have shared this so I could of received a few more pennies. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Oh and I haven't received a check.
