Is it a good idea to get a 3M protection in Calgary ? Is it worth the money ? Considering our winter and summer road conditions is it a good idea to get the 3M protection.

What is the average price in the city to get that done?

Car dealership quoted about $1000 for front, bumpers, back and mirrors ? Is it realistic or is it too much ?

If there is any place in Calgary that does good 3M protection for less price , Please suggest. Thanks

Living in Canada, it is an excellent idea to get film protection. You don't necessarily have to do it at the dealership, and there are lots of shops in Calgary that can do it for a great price and potentially better than your typical dealership.

If you own/finance the car definitely get the Xpel or 3M or whatever winter protection. And do not go through the dealer, you will definitely be overcharged unless you have connections.

Dealership prices are a rip off, you can get more for less at Indy shops. I use shadow tint for my cars.

Shadow tint or refine is my choice as well. Excellent service at both. It's worth every penny on a car that you care about as our roads are
basically gravel pits year round (maybe not in July/August..)

Great idea to have the 3m protection on your car, it makes a difference in reducing chips and the famous dandruff on the hood.

I've used the autoprotectors for all my cars. Great work and great price.

Dealerships are overpriced btw and they usually she'd it to places like the autoprotectors anyway, so why not cut out the middle man?
