I love my sonos so much for just blasting music and drowning out my wife's bitching/naggering.

Yeah, if music is the primary use, then I think Sonos wins. We actually use the gimmicks in this house right now. If google sold a newer speaker or seemed to be maintaining the home/nest ecosystem I'd buy that and not overthink it. But hey, here I am.

I think we are lucky Google still keep those speakers running. There isn't enough money for them as it is other than being a testing outlet for new Gemini.
