You need some context.
I bought my car from there, and everything went fine.
But IMO they got nothing on Brasso. Brasso treats you more professionally and their service is always good.
AFAIK they are part of the Hyatt Group so that may give you some background. I've owned several Nissan vehicles over the years so I've had some interaction with them on both the sales & the service side. They would be my last choice of Nissan shops in town to use.

I know some great poeple that work there, actually one of them comes on here often.
We've sent a few Nissan Murano customers there for a warranty recall on their transmissions, they all came back and said Nissan treated them well, no frills or suprises.
Never had a good experience there yet....I do not recommend them at all.
Stay away from this place. Was shopping around and went to this location as well as Stadium, and Stadium was just heads and shoulders above this dealership. The customer service/front desk and sales people all rubbed me the wrong way, it was all about how quickly can I get these people to put a deposit down.
wasn't there a big thread about them not long ago?

Always a fucking awful experience seeing spikers. Extra awful when he laps me.
Brought in my 350Z for some TPMS issues and the service advisor was a complete biatch! (her name was Debbie i believe) Took my car to Brasso and it's night and day.
I wouldn't recommend FishCreek Nissan to my worst enemy.
This is what my co-worker said about them. Crappy service after the SUV was bought. She will not go there again and likes Stadium much better.Originally posted by npham

Bought my 2003 Murano used from Stadium Nissan, was very pleased with their service department....just bought my '04 Roadster from Brasso, looking forward to seeing if their service department is good (they're currently storing my summer tires there for free), the sales guys at both places very reasonable.
When I was shopping around for cars a few years ago. I took vspec sentra out. The salesman knew nothing about the car.
He tried to explain to me that the strut braces were there to provide more support for the back seats. WTF?
I was badgered by them too. After I had told them on 3 separate occasions that I had already purchased a vehicle I would receive a phone call from sales saying that the paperwork was ready for me to sign to pick up the car. Being that I never negotiated this it made me a little ticked off
I prefer Brasso
Chad Swirsky can give you a good deal
+1 for Brasso
Just to chime in, I bought my frontier from stadium last October and without question fish creek offers better service. I had a few questions after I bought the truck and couldn't get a response from either my salesman or service department via email.Originally posted by vtec260

On top of that I paid for the ext warranty and VIP program which includes 4 free oil changes. The first service was free and the second I was charged over 100 bucks. When I asked why I was told they still had to charge me for labour to inspect all my second service maintenance schedule items and but they would discount the oil(wow 30 bucks).
Just took it into fish creek last week and to my surprise it came out washed/waxed (which stadium never did) and I went too pay to find out its totally free, along with my 4th service because of my VIP....a simple concept that stadium could not comprehend and instead chose to nickle and dime me in turn losing a customer. So for now, big up to fish creek.
Brasso or Stadium fo Nissan. Heard some good word for Royal Oak as well for service.
Fish creek sucks. There sales staff suck. Was looking for a 370 and walked out very angry. Also the service side is pretty pathetic. Service staff doesn't have a clue what they are doing.
My old neighbor worked there briefly, he quit because he didn't like how much he was told to lie to buyers about inventory they supposedly had just so they can get a deposit. Well that's what he told me anyway. This guy I used to work with was a salesman for their pre owned department, he was shady back in the day and seemed the same way when I saw him there
Just a heads up about Stadium, my dad took my mom's '99 Altima for a routine service last month and they charged him for a cabin air filter. Great, only that car doesn't have a cabin air filter.
They admitted to their mistake and reimbursed him but the average person isn't going to pick up on that kind of thing.
