The stages happen 2 weeks after the vaccination target is hit. The hospitalization can come later during that 2 week period so it gives it more time to fall. Shouldn't be an issue hitting those targets.

As in 70% is too high but a number we should hit anyway? If Beyond poll is any indication, 72% is solid yes with 12% may be. I think 85% that some experts wants would be an unreachable goal.

I think the 70-75% line has been drawn for us by other provinces who announced 1st.
