Obviously the call centers are useless...
My dad's account had 2 iphones fraudulently ordered on it, they never shipped, it was flagged and locked down because it was suspicious.
but they still charge him for them, he asked for a refund and they provided the refund, but then the next month they charged him again, and added on a late payment fee... and of course all the call center reps only care about getting you off the phone, the fraud department only has a mailbox that doesn't return calls...
Need to find a way to have someone actually take responsibility and straighten this out.
