After the Suncor deal fell apart, the project continued to try and find an anchor tenant and when nothing materialized, the plug was pulled.

QP's 800K sq ft is a colossal amount of space. I heard thought that a big problem with it is that the space is arranged very poorly. Probably got some big titted bimbo to design the damned thing.

The whole campus is that WE3 layout with small glass work rooms for when you have to take a call. No assigned seating or even general areas work, just a floor in one of the buildings then it was a free for all from that point. Its 800k ft of cubes with low walls and lockers to keep your shit. The ammenities are really nice but working in the office sucked balls.

If there's any one department that can create tasks to justify their existence, it's HR. Their level of self-awareness on how it looks to the rest of the company that does actual work is comically bad.
