car lag problems

hey guys

i drive a 89 crx. lately, i've its been laggin alot on first and second gear. like when i accelerate to about 1500 rpms, it would kinda struggle but then it would go after acouple seconds. just wondering if anyone would know what the problem could be.

any help would be appreciated

plugs, wires, distributor, 02 sensor, fuel filter/pump/injecotrs.....check those things, in that order. there are a million honda based websites out there.
