Which one of these shocks are better?? I dont' hear much of tokico but I hear kyb agx warrenty is void if you lower your car past 1.5" is this true?? Which strut would you pick if you want to go lower then 1.5?

I'm in the exact same boat, trying to choose new shocks for me car, and these two have come up on my topic of choice..
I heard koni's are good if your lowering it more.
Anyone know how much one should pay for a set of kyb agx's? what kind of quliaty they are?
KYB AGX < tokico illuminas < Koni Yellows
the price also follows the same pattern
but for most applications, the kyb's are a great choice.
ps-I dont mean tokico blues. they are not as good.

I have the Tokico Illuminas on my 99 lude & have no compalints its lowered with Eibach Springs
I have one 8 way adjustable agx for a 96 integra on the left rear corner of my 89 civic, and a blown stock shock on the right. I can forsurely say that the agx definately works better then the stock one.
KYB AGX are better than Illuminas.

I'm using the AGX's for my 98 civic hatch. Works great. Got it for $144 + tax from Tunerworks.
And I totally agree with hjr, tokico blues suck! I blew mine out in 2 days...car was lowered 1.75". Got no idea on the illuminas so I won't post an opinion.
