    A dab of epoxy should fix it up

    or silicone will work just as well.

    some silicone will react with the material of the surround so i would just stick with epoxy

    Is the rip in the surround or in the cone itself? If it is in the surround use rubber cement as epoxy is too hard and will not flex. If it is in the cone itself then the epoxy would be best.
