Yes, you can build a garage. When you walk toward sthe house, the neighbour on the left has a double garage built (if I'm not mistaken) it's been a while.

Anyway heres a quick drawing in paint of how it looks like.
The gravel area is where you can build the garage.

Haha, that house is down the street from my house! Great area to live, quiet, close to schools and shopping. Your price is right on par for that area and no garage, i have a garage on the same street and i could get over 200k my property.

Actually I have no problem with you or your post. I just find it funny that you would post real estate on beyond. It seems as though the demographic for this board is 50% high school kids, 30% college/university, and the remainder people who actually have spending power.

who is this guy anyways...im 17, in high school, about to gain some inheritance in a month and am looking for a house around this price, had this been my kind of house there would have been a good chance of serious inquiry, possibly even buying....people are stupid, anyways, bump
