    Default I Rolled my 2002 Jetta -- Write-Off

I can't type for very long, but I can give you the main details.

    - Driving in Ontario (heading to Quebec) at night on a long, not so busy stretch of road

    - Cruise set at 95 KM/H (roughly)

    - I'm driving with one of my friends

    - Dead Moose on Highway

    - Swerved to miss dead moose

    - Started to skid

    - Two 360 degree spins later and a few rolls and I was on the roof in the ditch (not to far from the water)

    - I'm ok (few scratches) and the same goes with my passengers

    - I owe god and Volkswagen my life

    - If you saw the pictures, you would be crying

I will type a more detailed explanation later, but for now, I'm still somewhat in shock, as I have lost everything in the car (Camera, Cell Phone, Stereo, FRS Radio, Radar Detector, etc)

The main thing is that I am ok, same with my friend. Thank you Volkswagen, and thank you girl, you saved my life.

You will forever be missed, and for this, you are now portrayed in a picture frame on my piano.

As noted in my very first post, I was driving to Quebec to go for a vacation (my friend, the passenger, has a cabin on a lake just outside Montreal)!

shiet man i feel for you, but the keypoint is that you're ok... and i think insurance covers that kind of stuff cause u were avoiding a dead moose and all...
isn't the government responsible when it happens in a natural park? i'm not too sure, but like i said, glad to hear that you're ok man...

Yea, as long as you're ok, that's important. The rest of the shit can be replaced.

Sorry to hear about your accident
I am glad that you are ok
Because of the dead moose, are you claiming your accident as an "Act of God"?

I know EXACTLY what you are going through right now, for I have gone through the same experience. Be strong, think positive and in the end, things will work out.

What counts is that everyone is okay.

RIP Jetta, seemed like a nice car

    Yes I am

A trucker had hit the moose not 1 hour before (as confirmed by Police Officials) and he kept on driving, leaving the beast for me! :madred:
