Actually, it starts off even less than that Each one begins as a pile of straight tubing and is mandrel bent to shape in house then welded into a space frame like that one.

Something like that, they only build 3-4 a month, carbon-fiber arpund the body. they cut out bits of carbon-fiber, and mould it by hand like a jig-saw puzzle. I have a video, i'll see if i can upload it.

IMO it's pretty ugly, but to each their own
