Help with calling phone number

Just trying to call my credit card, but both my land line or cell gives busy tone (for over 2 hours)

Please call and see if you're getting busy tone, thx.

We are having the same problems in Kelowna calling 1-800 Numbers.

the telephone lines for my work are down as well. apparantly Allstream the phone company is having some huge problems and you will get a fast busy tone if you try to make a call. Tons of places are affected and have no phone service.
