Sure. In the past DRIVEN's, we've really focused on Show quality cars only. By that I mean vehicles that fit in the following:

Minimum Show Quaility
The exterior must be fully painted and all interior panels must be in place. Vehicles modified for full race applications (lacking interior panels) may qualify to enter into competition provided the exterior of the vehicle still meets the display requirements.

If the resale value of your vehicle is less than $50,000, your ride must have a set of aftermarket wheels and tires. Other modifications we would like to see but not limited to include lip kits or body kits, lowered suspension, car audio systems and aftermarket performance.

So really previous Driven's consisted of Zone 1 and 2, entertainment and show vehicles.

Zone 3 is meant to me involve all enthusiasts. If your vehicle is under construction, or just want to participate with the rest of your club - zone 3 is for you. If you can show up to a meet with your vehicle, it'll probably be ok in this area. Registration is going to be a little cheaper because your vehicle will not be judged. We will probably have a team award and it will be based mostly on participation and club identity/promotion.

It was disappointing to see that the Vancouver one didn't go through last year.

It's a really good show in Vancouver too. I would go so far as to say that it's about the same caliber as HIN in Seattle.
