Here we go again. Let's make this thing way less me and way more others talking about these beers.
I'm planning on doing one every day, but keeping them very short.
You can likely still buy these at Kensington Wine Market.

I'm no chronologist, but aren't you a bit late?

There's only 12 in the last couple years. I was going to start it yesterday because Marth says 12+12=24 but then I counted fingers & shit and figured out that today is The Day.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Day 1: JOCKEY BOX Kentucky Common
Tasty. Nothing overly special but lots of flavour and nothing too dominant. A little low in alcohol.
Day 2: STRÜMPFEL Festbier.
Fuckin A! Let's get some thicc, rich Christmasy shit going and get it going early.
Delicious and suspicious with all them piles of ABV's.
What do you faggots think????!!??! Let's hear it!
This shit isn't about me. Bring it in!

more glass shots please. I like to see the colour and clarity.
Tap, Rack, BANG!
Day 3: DEEPEREST ORBIT Single Hop Cold PA.
I recognized this label immediately from last year. It's not the same, but same idea for sure.
I have no complaints about this one, but it's nothing to write home about.
Where is @Brent.ff this year?
Sorry LittleDan, I'll try to remember to take more glass pictures for you. It's my Xmas party tonight, so I've already tilted quite a few and not on my A game.

Missed out on the pack and then didn’t want to play catchup!
Day 4: SECRET HANDSHAKE Mixed Ferm Saison Lager.
This is a delicious bitch. The label is infuriating trash, but whatever. I would not hesitate to get into one of these again. Just a terrific balance which is complicated by the very high ABV. But they manage.
Goddamn I love a thread with pictures.

Day 5: FIREBIRD American Red Ale.
Not fuckin bad, at all. She's a 6.2 and that's getting into the danger zone and they chose to hop it up to cover it, but somehow Phillips is like the only beer company to pull off hoppy nonsense with proper balance and I think this is yet another great example.
Plus I got a glass shot for my main man, Little Dan!
What did all of you think? Get in here!!
I like my beers like i like my women, paler than that!
Jk i like the dark meats too
something something spread some reputation
Tap, Rack, BANG!
Day 6: SLOW FORAGE Spruce Tip Lager.
I've had a beer made with fresh spruce shoots (put into the brew at some point in the process) before and it was pretty good. This one is kind of not good. Too much like Pine-Sol and not enough like tree sap.
Would not recommend.
Day 7: DUNK TANK Dunkelweiss.
Strong. Awesome. Christmasy. Titties.
Day 8: ROOT STOCK India Brown Ale.
She's a beaut. Most good Brown Ales are beauties and this is one of those. Bordering on hoppy nonsense, but once again, Phillips find a way to make these approachable.
I would say I'm not blown away, except that this bitch is punching me square in the vag with 6.6% of sweet, sweet liquor and I don't even realize it. That's an impressive feat.
Would purchase.

Put it on your back, or you know what will happen!
Day 9: DØGN Kviek Table Beer.
I missed yesterday because it was very forgettable. It's 3.5% beer for children. It's fine, I guess.
I wonder if the cans have different strengths. I thought mine was actually quite good and I was hesitant to drink it because all spruce things suck IMO.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Wow, that's interesting! I'm surprised. I really felt like the flavour in mine was very synthetic tasting and overpowering. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
