Are ATV's just for offroading or can they be ridden on the street? How about go-karts? Can these be driven down side streets or backalleys(paved)
Thanks!

ATV's I know for sure are a no, not to sure about go karts though.
You start with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
ATV's registered/insured, liscence plate, proper lights, street tires, and helmet can be done....
you cannot drive a go-kart/ATV down the road/ally, legaly.
You need all of those minus the proper lights and tires to drive it legally off road (on crown land) anyways. You cannot take them on road.Originally posted by ryder_23

in some states you can, but not up here.
bikes can be converted to on-road duty with inspection, but I'm pretty sure ATVs are a no-no.
With the proper lights, non offroad tires, and mirror, along with a brakelight, can be legalized here anyways. Go carts are a no no period i know from experience by getting a 500$ ticket for riding one on the road, cant be legalized.
