Thats tight! I was reading about that somewhere, I was hoping to see some pics.

Amazing. Imagine if they added a stroker + T72...
Ultimate sleeper van..i'd pimp it
Its fairly common for VW vans to end up with subaru motors for power if the originals let go. Course, most of them don't end up with turbo EJ20s but hey all the power to him.
Drag racing is for fast cars. Solo 2 is for fast drivers.

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

It can't be considered cool just as long as it is a VW... cause the fact remains that it is still, just a VW.
Would that black side scoop thing be an intake?? Pretty tall van so from that picture it could be hidden under the trunk...Originally posted by Chester

the engine is in the back, like most vans VW made. It used a flat 4 engine derived from the old old old beetle air cooled engines. Not too much power. That intake would help to explain how he kept the air cool.
