    For being such a "mature" person he sure can't take a little criticism about his bonehead idea of trying to return something on the busiest shopping day of the year WITHOUT a receipt. Dude needs to grow up....oh wait....I forgot...it's all us youngin's that have to grow up....my bad.

    No, definitely not Ducati. Different style of writing.

    And as for the usual perception of retail, just because you work in retail doesn't mean you have to serve on someone hand and foot. You are after all paid a certain amount usually just a little above minimum wage and you are required to be professional and nice but it doesn't require you to go out of your way.
