depends if you do it in a shop or not, doing the work yourself would be quite cheaper. i've done an auto to manual swap on my own car (fwd though) and it really wasn't too bad, but there will probably more involved as your car is rwd.
off the top of my head...
-pedal assembally
-hydraulic lines (considering its a hydraulic clutch)
-posslibly tranny mount
-possibly shifter linkage/cutting room for different shifter
-shifter
-possible driveshaft
-clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate
i probably missed some things but that is the kind of work you are looking at.
