Holy fuck man, thats horrific. Who or why would someone do that to a random car? Thats just... The timing almost makes me think it was an early april fools prank.... but.

Yeah I'd do your best to pop out the roof. You can get a new hood at the wreckers for a couple hundred at most. I didn't see if the trunk was ruined too, but its much the same with that.
If you're wanting to do a quick search to see what wreckers would have parts for it, you can check www.car-part.com. Most wreckers have their inventory listed on there. The roof is, honestly almost impossible to properly replace, but if you do your best to push the dents out from the inside of the car, it wouldn't be so bad. So you'd be laughing for around $600-700 and some time on your behalf to grab the parts. 
Unfortunately, the colors of the body panels aren't listed on that site, but you can always call the wrecker yard to ask once you've located them.
...just an idea obviously.
