LMK when you decide to sell. By that point I might have kids, and I won't feel as bad if they're in a pre-wrecked back seat haha. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

All depends on the hillside you want to die on as a parent, I guess. I'm relatively tidy in my car, but the main family mobile? Not worth it. Kids are messy. Life is too short.
I agree with Buster regarding kids in vehicles. Both of my vehicles are always clean and we're super careful with anything related to the kid. On that note we use the Volvo SUV as the prime people mover so it can take any abuse that may occur. We'll still put the kid in the wagon for trips etc. but it's not every day.
I like neat cars.
This thread should give you ideas which members are single and who's not rofl.
I guess you wont have that problem then. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

This.
I could use this as a full family vehicle for loooong road trips.

Almost 2 years later, still haven't fallen in love with the recession special gasser and miss my rattly old 3/4 ton. Looked at used diesels, but they're all either beat to death, modded and abused, Ford 6.0/6.4 grenades, or guys still want 25-35k for 10 year old trucks with 200+k on them. Sometimes all of the above in one truck, not appealing when I can go new for 55-60k. The economy still sucks in my world despite what I hear on the radio, so it will likely be a poverty-spec stripped base model instead of a loaded Laramie or Longhorn. Anyone want a deal on a '16 Ram 1500 Crew Longhorn with 52k? Nice truck, but turns out half-ton automatic gas trucks just don't excite me.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. You would think that they could integrate the screen better into the dash versus making it look like they added a tablet randomly as an afterthought.

After getting a sensible car, I want to go full out flipstah. I am looking at a R107 SL, either a 560 or a 450. unfortunately the bundt wheels just really look right on this car and they don't fit on the 560's...
Hopefully in the next few months, just looking for the right one.

My next car will depend on my house situation... looking to upgrade eventually and want a 3rd garage spot, and when that happens Id be looking for a summer toy. Dont care if its practical etc, but its gotta be fun. In the back of my mind Id like a Cobra replica or some sort of hot rod type that I can tinker with... but then again would be happy to even have my old B5 S4 back or buy my Dads C63 P31.
At this point I can see myself keeping my GX470 for a while.. all major services are done, suspension is upgraded and should last for a while.
I'm in the hicks so it prevents me from getting anything "nice".
I'm looking used right now, anything from manual 4x4s (trucks, suv's), to cheap sports cars that I don't mind getting a bit scuffed up on gravel roads. The jeep is actually perfect for this terrain but I'm feeling like shakalaka lately.
Shameless plug: Someone buy my Wrangler so I can get something else

Post a friggin' price on it then. I've looked at it a dozen times, but the ad just said trade (in bold) and you'd dodged answering the guy who asked how much, so I've just kept on scrolling past it as I'm sure many others have. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
