Up again .5% blah
Mine went down a decent chunk, but not sure if that's a good thing or not
Mine is down 7% this year, was down 3% last year too, so if that's accurate, I've lost a lot of equity.

Mine is down 0.8%... however I developed my basement over the last year. My neighborhood must've taken a really bad hit on property values.
5.5% drop... not sure if it's good or not since I bought basically right before the everything crashed in 2014

down $200k, I'll take it.
mine is up 7% this year, maybe condos are making a comeback? (but for some reason i am 15% above my neighbors which doesn't make a lot of sense, they're all practically cookie cutter...)

Stupid question but where are you guys seeing what your assessment was last year? Or are you just checking your files at home?
You'll see more information once you log in and enter the access code provided on your assessment.
Dumb question but we moved to Airdrie in October, will they be mailing it to my new address?
if you login online it tells you last years and this years.Originally posted by ExtremeSi

Keep in mind, city council hasn't set the mill rate, so your taxes haven't gone down yet, only your assessment.Originally posted by msommers

Based on this neutral tax calculator, that's a $200 a year savings.

Only difference is I put up a fence last summer. Does Landscaping change the property tax assessment? I need to put in grass this year according to bylaws....
