Lawsuit filed against TC, BMW and Mercedes
Just heard this on QR77 - Lawsuit has been filed against Transport Canada, BMW and Mercedes. For anyone that has been ripped off with some of the new restrictions (or restrictions in general), you might want to check out this link and contact Brian Osler:
