    Default 2009 Optima

What do you guys think? I think it looks pretty nice, price is good and performance looks up to par.

    EcoDrive looks neat.

They are kind of hard on it, but they never give them a fair shake.

    Shark Fin is so Euro!

    Nice Stance

Back lights look kinda civic like to me, but better b/c dual exhaust so the engine can breathe

Big Kia fan? I've found your match:

    I doubt it's a true dual exhaust...

Yeah. Ford Focus front end and Acura 1.6EL tails. I twould be nice to see the Koreans come out with at least an attempt at an original design.

Lol, if your going to design your car around a car that looks old already, why wouldn't you pick a cool looking older car like an E39 M5 instead of the Acura Boring and the Ford Evenmoreboring.

^ Agreed. And why would a 175 hp inline 4-cyl need dual exhaust?

it's a gdamned Sonata, Kia is owned by Hyundai.. hence the 'euro fin' lol

on a side note, the 2.4 Theta isnt a bad engine, i rented a sonata to goto vancouver, great on gas and has enough 'go' to overtake on an uphill.

Why knock Kia? Optima is called Magentis in Canada BTW and is a sister car to the Sonata.

Look at what they have here or coming up:

    Soul

    Forte

    Cee'd

I think they offer some competitive and exciting product in the low end segment. Much bolder designs than the Japanese Big 3.

Looks like it'd have a single pipe from the manifold, split into two at the back.

    Nah, they are classy vehicles.

The new soul is nice, but i prefer the luxury cars.
