Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

A while ago i special ordered a set of Brake pads for the front and rear of my car.

After 8 weeks of waiting and not a single call, i showed up and told the salesman to put the money back on the CC. He attempted to kinda look for it and come up with an excuse but it wasnt working.

They will never be seeing me again!

I totally disagree. I contacted them several times to buy Work wheels for my supra and didn't get a quote or even a response back. This was a couple weeks of trying. I guess they are too busy for my money.

I've actually found them to be cheaper than most shops on average when shopping parts around... although I've never had them do any labour for me

    +1

They didn't seem to have the time of day for me when I was looking to get some wheels as well a while back, despite dropping by and calling them on multiple occasions.. oh well

agreed, I asked them about tires or wheels back in the day and the guy on the phone seemed dumb as a door knob and too fucken lazy to check on prices or availability. Sit and rotate.

Gotta pay to play... They focus on high end customers. I wouldn't focus on being turned off from small parts. If your complaining about price then shop on the internet. They provide great customer service and treat returning customers with fantastic service and advice

I just picked up a set of tires for $400 from Will, he was a stand up guy.

And who gets 4 brand new 215/40/17 tires for that price?

Are you talking about Will that owns speedtech or is there actually another Will that works in Tunerworks?

I've been hearing a lot of bad things about this place, how they only really care about the high class and not give too much crap about the middle class.

Glad you had a good experience though, then again I can see that you own a BMW 7 series. Now if you had an older Honda or something similar, who knows. Unless of coarse you're throwing money at them. That's what a lot of people are saying.
