    Stop buying cheap protein and they taste fine?

    Fat
    Olive oil
    whipping cream

    Carb
    berries
    oatmeal
    wms

    Nothing else goes in my shakes other than water.

    My personal favorite protein drink is:

    1 Cup Strawberries
    1/2 Cup Frozen Berries
    1 Banana
    3/4 Cup of 1% or Skim Milk
    1.5 Scoops of Protein (Chocolate Flavour)
    1 Scoop of L-Glutamine
    1 Scoop of BCAA's

    Toss that in a magic bullet or a blender and then enjoy

    Fuck some of the shit I have drank over the past three years has been vile. I mean rank! My girlfriend took a sip of a tuna shake I made and gagged. Who cares what it tastes like all you need to know is that it is going to do your body good. So quit complaining and bottoms up!

    The protein I use is just pure whey isolate. No flavoring, no additives. Hence, the thread.

    That and i'm a complete bitch over how my food tastes. Really picky.

    where do you get your stuff from? trueprotein.com? get some fllavouring added

    Nesquik Chocolate Syrup
    My protein powder is chocolate flavour, so don't know how it tastes with vanilla, strawberry, etc...

    LOL then you have nothing to bitch about....picky about how things taste but you have plain whey...
    TP flavor packets ftw, use the natural if you don't like sucralose.

    For a treat... peanut butter & berries...

    Wow sounds like a great shake, but seems liek alot of work... do you do that three times a day??

    Goto Costco and buy a bag of frozen fruit.

    Morning breakfast shake:

    Frozen Fruit
    Flax Seed
    Glutamine
    Protein
    Yogurt
    Fruit Juice

    Afterworkout shake:
    Milk
    Protein
    Glutamine
    NesQuick

    These are more of a morning meal replacement, but can be used throughout the day. The 2 teaspoons of whey is pretty weak, so I normally just add a full scoop from my whey powder.

    Cereal Killer
    1/2 cup all bran extra fiber cereal
    1 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 teaspoons whey powder
    6 ice cubes

    calories - 145
    protein - 8g
    carbs - 32g
    fat - 2g
    saturated fat - 2g
    soduim - 155mg
    fiber - 9g

    Halle Barries Smoothie
    3/4 cup instant oatmeal (nuked in water)
    3/4 cup fat free milk
    3/4 cup mixed berries
    2 teaspoons whey
    3 ice cubs

    calories - 144
    protein - 7g
    carbs - 27g
    fat - 1g
    saturated fat - 0g
    soduim - 109mg
    fiber - 4g

    Banana Split Smoothie
    1 banana
    1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
    1/8 cup frozen orange juice
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    2 teaspoons whey
    6 ice cubes

    calories - 171
    protein - 8g
    carbs - 33g
    fat - 2g
    saturated fat - 1g
    soduim - 94mg
    fiber - 2g

    PB&J Smoothie
    3/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
    3/4 cup 1% milk
    2 teaspoons peanut butter
    1/2 banana
    1/2 frozen berries
    2 teaspoons whey
    4 ice cubes

    calories - 235
    protein - 11g
    carbs - 39g
    fat - 5g
    saturated fat - 2g

    morning shake with breakfast: vanilla whey isolate protein + water or milk

    post workout is vanilla whey isolate protein + gatorade powder....that's all i drink and it tastes fine to me

    -tbs of sugar
