No i dont, but technically they are due for a jump soon (may drop a bit lower first) and they are a pretty solid midstreamerOriginally posted by ickyflex

Lets just say I work for a competitor haha
haha well then lol. I actually have a hard time suggesting a buy on Keyera, they have been the worst performing midstream company for two years straight lol. I also just think the glory days of a lot of midstream companies have come and gone, maybe i'm just a pessimistOriginally posted by riander5

Look at TCPL or Plains
Also the producers have produced great returns IF you bought at the bottom, but most people are still in the red (especially employees with options etc) All the midstreamers on the other hand never lost 50-90% of their value haha.
I do think you are right keyera especially had some golden years. I worked for a producer during those unfortunately.. I hope you were at keyera to catch them! I know some guys that did very well
Silverrex time to pick up ugaz?

update on bte. the 61% support is having difficulty holding price up, with oil potentially looking like it may want to move down, i think this will definitely open the possibility that bte maybe seeking a lower low under last year's december low.
so i have exited my trades and wait

biotech looks pretty impulsive. cant rule out the original idea that the chart still paints a bullish move to the upside remains. but with a weak energy and the unpredictable Trump administration (everything he says towards the Drug companies create so much volatility. , i think im just going to stick with gold

while gold looks strong and keeping in mind this could be the beginning of a powerful wave 3 move until it closes above 1221 on the weekly basis, we are very much range trading.
i think unless you are a swing trader. the MT strategy is to either wait buy upon breakout or below last week's low

Fuck me. Took a huge gamble and picked up a large amount of DRYS this morning at 3.42 for a quick flip. Got out at 3.52 then watched it up to 4.7!!! That would've been a massive gain today....

I think it's not that we are bad in particular, I believe it's that we have run out of easy opportunities as the space has gotten far too competitive. We don't have monopolies anymore per se and we don't have easy entries into new markets like we used to where we could do anything and make bank.Originally posted by riander5

Unfortunately I started in 2013, so missed all the glory except for the shares I bought when I first started working hah. All my LTIP is worthless right now lol
What do you guys think of oil's seasonality? I'm usually not big on seasonality but can't help but notice we bottomed out around same time (2nd week of Feb) last year.
Any suggestions for solid companies with room for growth in 2017?
most i'm aware of are currently trading close to their 52 week highs and would like to get in at a lower price point.
some stocks i'm considering, but open to suggestions
MSFT
AAPL
FB
DIS
MFC
Manhattan is that an average value? Those seem like really high numbers since the 30 year average is like $60?
Operator Of Beyond's Official Cardano pool.

For anyone who follows r/wallstreetbets and inverse FS Comeau, I made a small bet on AAPL:
Feb 17,17 calls @ 124
Feb 24, 17 calls @ 122
Up 70% right now lol, that guy lost like 90% of his PUT bet I think
Go Flames!

I noticed it doesn't always follow gold or miners (generally follows direction, but not always)
I have position at ~16.2
