I get what you're saying - but the actual problem is the money and where it goes to is hidden from public.
Unless I'm dense, there is no way to access how much and where the money toward First nations goes every year. Am I wrong??
We see occasional big ticket payments in the media, such as the 1.2 Billion (yes with a B) to the Siksika nation last year.
