I was wondering why the one side of house had like 5" of ice and I realized my neighbour has his down spout pointed directly at the fence into my yard. The ice is about 6-7" right at that point in the fence. What a prick.

Company just had a new IT service provider take over and they installed essentially a spyware program on our computers (fair, company resource etc...)

That said the new spyware has essentially bricked my computer and its now lagging horribly meaning the company will need to provide a new computer for me.

Update: Went and chatted with the neighbour yesterday and he was trying to tell me its coming from the swale running across the backyards 25 feet away despite having no water between it and the area where the ice starts. Tried to reiterate that I would like him to not point it directly at the fence into my yard (its actually currently against the fence directly into my yard) but he kept trying to divert the attention away to "well I think maybe this spring we should figure out a drainage system along the fence line.

Like, sure I will absoltely go halfs on a drainage system, but also MOVE YOUR FUCKING DOWNSPOUT. God damn engineers

I've had covid a couple of times, this was nowhere close to that. Maybe my body can fight it off effectively now, but more likely it was just a normal little cold.
