At the ice district yesterday-tomorrow. It’s a dead zone. We were only people in the pub next door to the arena at 6:30pm yesterday. ‘Revitalized’ is hilarious.
Unless there are substantial amounts of people living in the area it will be a dead zone. I know nothing about the ice district but are their condos in the area or just hotels and offices? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
What the East Village actually needs is a pub! The only place close to there is King Eddy and I wonder if it's even busy when there's not a concert or Flames game happening. So even people who live downtown don't go out.

Kind of like how our East Village is still a shithole overrun by bums, despite the fancy library. Funny how the government thinks they can just force an area to change. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Anywhere downtown will always have bums. East Village is infinitely better than it used to be though and actually worth walking around the river area nowadays. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
We were actually chatting about this yesterday. It badly needs a pub, right now the only real place to stop is the old simmons building. The fact that the building next to it (the e-bike store) doesn't have a rooftop patio overlooking the river is a travesty. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
