On the bright side, at least we don’t need a new thread title

    $32.50 right now.

Incredible. Will this make OEMs reconsider the huge EV push? Trump will have gas selling for $1.50/gal.

I just re-insured my truck with a carb'd 440, the glut will be short lived.

You aim too high. WCS can go in the negative.

hahaha, total inverse to the OG markets - all the speculators who used to ramp up the prices back when a butterfly farted in Louisiana near the refineries, now panic sell along with the rest.

    Hedge yourselves guys.
    Stay safe out there.

What a world we live in when the fat trimmed get fabulous packages and new jobs relatively quick and those who survive stay misersble.

On the upside, hopefully houses fall more and 2021 could be an attractive year.

Depending what happens, might even have to consider renting and not buying a house this year. Lots of overpriced houses in this market and sellers who don't want to let go.

Honestly, it's my opinion that US shale would be a lot healthier if they drop at least another 100 rigs through the first half of 2020. But Americans are incredibly resilient and optimistic, so they may not.

What's current count, 775 land rigs, and maybe 700 in lower 48? That *should* be under 650 probably, but . . . . ? At this point, price seems to be less important than access to financing. Look at the deal Devon did with Dow to develop their STACK play. That's core long-term Devon land, and they couldn't finance it themselves.

At this point I halfway hope they produce so much oil goes to $10/bbl. Let the market prove supply and demand still works.
I have no new thoughts, so I'll quote my old ones.
