That's the all terrain with trail boss package we have a few of those.
And some without the bar, the interior is quite popular for the carbon fibre trimmed dash and seats, and the paint matched bumpers.

Edit: just noticed that's HD we have those in gas tho, and a couple 16hds without the bar

Not a new bodystyle GMC, but I picked up another black one to add to the collection this week. A 2013 2500 diesel, to go with my 2007 and 1981.

Nice trucks.. That 2007 will be worth a pretty penny if it is kept in good condition.

My friend just picked up a 07 Ext Cab Duramax and it took him almost a year to find one that wasn't beaten on or modded to shit.

I watched one of the OLD STYLE 07's sell at the dealer auction for somewhere close to$25,000 a few weeks back. Was nothing all that special either, just a white crew/short/Dmax with 168,000 k, clean truck but that price made me

One think I've learned being in the vehicle business is the GM trucks and Diesel Rams rule resale markets.

There's an 07 classic with 170,000km on Kijiji for $21,500. I'd snap that up if I had the money to do it. GM diesels seem to hold their value a lot better than Dodges. Or, at least their owners ask a lot more for them.

I plan on doing a full restoration on my 07, right down to the frame. It's such a nice truck to drive. Just needs to be brand new again. I just love to pound money into depreciating assets. I have big plans for the 81 too.

The newer GM's definitely hold value better than Dodge, it's the older Rams that seem to still bring stupid money. Tried to buy a newer GM for a family member as a farm truck recently, could darn near get a diesel Ford for the price of a gas GM. He was wise and paid up to get a Silverado anyways lol.

Love that 81. I'm down in Washington/Idaho quite a bit and the old square bodies down there are amazing. Almost bought a mint 86 Sierra 4x4 a few week back, original paint and all the truck was a beauty.

Anyone done a coilover swap yet for the front of these trucks? I'm waiting for Black Friday and going to pick up either a set of King OEM, or Icon 2.5 Series coilovers. I'm tired of lack of down travel on these shitty Houston roads. Going to require a new UCA as well to keep the ball joint angle in check.

I ended up picking up a 2016 GMC 2500HD Duramax last month with that offer, loving the truck so far, its far superior to the RAM I used to have!

So far I have upgraded the stereo with BLAM components up front and coax in the rear, JL tw5 sub, JL amps and rockford 3sixty.3 processor! I will be doing a tune and deletes in the new year, maybe rims/tires come spring with a leveling kit.

For you '14 Sierra owners (and probably Silverado owners too), keep an eye on your coolant level. Noticed my coolant was a bit lower and turns out I had a cracked radiator which is covered under a 'special coverage program 15829' noted in a letter I got back in November:

This letter is intended to make you aware that some 2014 model year GMC Sierra vehicles equiped with a 5.3L or 6.2L engine, may have a condition in which the cycling of the thermostat may result in stress fractures on the radiator, and may lead to coolant leaks
It's not a recall though - so they will only replace the t-stat and rad if you have an actual leak.

With the Duramax? Really can't wait to try one.....might have to swing by. Only thing I hate is where GM insists on the dumbest location for the DEF tank.
